1. About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern purchases from and use of https://decorforfestival.com/, trading as Decor for Festival. Our store offers Christmas decorations, festive accessories, gifts, and related products.

Please read these Terms before placing an order. By placing an order and accepting these Terms at checkout, you agree to the terms presented at that time. If you do not agree, please do not place an order.

2. Eligibility and Customer Information

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to place an order. You must provide accurate billing, delivery, and contact information and be authorized to use your selected payment method.

If you create an account, keep your login details secure and notify us of suspected unauthorized use. We may restrict accounts involved in fraud, unlawful conduct, or misuse, subject to applicable law and any obligations relating to existing orders.

3. Products and Availability

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, and specifications. Colors may appear different across screens, and minor variations may occur. Such variations do not excuse supplying an item that is defective or materially different from its description.

Please check product size, quantity, materials, power requirements, and indoor or outdoor suitability before purchasing. Products are subject to availability. Unless expressly stated, display accessories shown in photographs are not included.

We may change our range or discontinue products. If an ordered item becomes unavailable, we will notify you and refund any amount paid for that item. We will not substitute a materially different item without your agreement.

4. Prices, Taxes, and Promotions

Prices are displayed in US dollars unless another currency is clearly indicated. Shipping charges and applicable taxes are shown before you submit your order.

Prices and promotions may change, but changes do not affect an order we have already accepted. Discount codes must be entered at checkout and are subject to the conditions stated in the offer, including expiry dates and exclusions. Codes cannot be combined unless expressly permitted.

If a material pricing or listing error affects an order, we will contact you to explain the issue. We may cancel the affected order and refund amounts paid or offer you the option to purchase at the corrected price. We will not impose an increased price without your agreement.

5. Orders and Payments

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated receipt confirms that we received your order; acceptance occurs when we send a dispatch confirmation, unless we expressly confirm acceptance earlier.

We may decline an order for reasonable grounds, including unavailable stock, payment failure, suspected fraud, or material listing errors. If we decline or cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled portion.

Payment is required through a payment method offered at checkout. Payment providers may apply their own terms or currency conversion fees.

6. Shipping, Delivery, and Christmas Orders

Shipping destinations, charges, processing times, and estimated delivery times are described in our Shipping Policy and in information provided at checkout.

Processing time and delivery transit time are separate. Delivery estimates reflect available information and are not guaranteed arrival dates unless an express guarantee is offered. During the Christmas season, order early and check any published holiday ordering deadlines. A delivery estimate does not guarantee arrival before Christmas.

We will ship within the timeframe stated when you order. For US orders where no shipment timeframe is stated, we will ship within 30 days of receiving a properly completed order. If we cannot ship within the applicable timeframe, we will notify you and provide the legally required option to accept the delay or cancel for a prompt refund. Where consent is required and is not obtained, we will cancel and refund as required by law.

Orders may arrive in separate packages without additional shipping charges beyond those agreed at checkout. We will provide tracking information when available.

Please supply a complete, accurate delivery address. If you notice an error, contact us promptly. We will explain any reasonable additional delivery costs caused by an incorrect address before asking you to pay them.

If an order is missing or marked delivered but cannot be located, contact us so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution. Tracking status alone does not remove rights available under applicable law.

7. Order Changes and Cancellations

Contact support@decorforfestival.com promptly to request a change or cancellation. We will try to accommodate requests before dispatch, but changes may not be possible after processing begins. If an order has shipped, the return process may apply.

This section does not limit cancellation or refund rights arising from shipment delays or applicable law.

8. Returns and Refunds

For eligible change-of-mind returns, contact us within 7 calendar days after delivery to request return instructions. Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging where reasonably possible.

Personalized or custom-made items and products clearly identified as final sale before purchase are excluded from change-of-mind returns. These exclusions do not apply to defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially misdescribed goods or override applicable law.

For a change-of-mind return, you are responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges are not refundable for change-of-mind returns except where required by law. We do not charge a restocking fee.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and a description of the problem. Photos may help us assess the issue. We will provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or other remedy and cover reasonable necessary return shipping for a confirmed issue attributable to us. The 7-day change-of-mind period does not shorten any legal rights relating to defective goods.

Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide the correct return address. Do not use an address on a package unless we confirm it is the correct returns address.

Once a return is received and assessed, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be initiated promptly, ordinarily within seven business days, to the original payment method where possible, or sooner if required by law. Your payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

9. Product Safety and Use

Follow the instructions and safety warnings supplied with each product. Use electrical decorations only with compatible power sources and only in locations for which they are rated.

Keep small parts, batteries, cords, and packaging away from young children. Decorative products are not toys unless explicitly described as such. Keep flammable decorations away from flames and heat sources, and stop using damaged electrical products.

These instructions do not limit our responsibility for unsafe or defective products under applicable law.

10. Website Use and Intellectual Property

You must not use the Website for fraud, unlawful activity, unauthorized access, malicious software, or interference with its operation.

Website content, branding, and design belong to us or our licensors. You may browse and use the Website for personal shopping purposes. Other copying, distribution, or commercial use requires permission or another lawful basis.

11. Reviews and Customer Content

Reviews must reflect genuine experiences and must not contain unlawful content, personal information belonging to others, or material that infringes another person’s rights.

If you submit a review or product photograph for publication, you grant us a nonexclusive, royalty-free license to display and reproduce it in connection with our store and its promotion. You retain ownership of your content. Contact us if you wish to request removal from uses we control.

We may moderate content for legitimate reasons, such as spam, abuse, or infringement. We do not prohibit honest negative reviews or penalize customers for expressing genuine opinions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, personal injury caused by our negligence, or any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nevada, United States, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you reside. Nothing in these Terms prevents you from bringing a claim in a court that has jurisdiction or exercising available rights through your payment provider or a government agency.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms for future use and purchases. The updated version will show a revised date. Orders remain subject to the version accepted when the order was placed unless you agree to a change or applicable law requires otherwise.
